Text of Complaint by Ruchika Senapati:

have placed my order for Airtel xtream broadband connection on 4th September 2020

Its been 20 days now your engineer has installed the wifi and has not done the configuration yet. This is the kind of service you provide to your customers?
You claim to install the WiFi in 24hours , the engineer came after 15 days for installation and installed the wifi router like a show peice, no configuration is done yet i have been calling the engineer but he does not pick up the call , should i consider airtel as a fraud company? What kind of customers service is this.
I have lost all respect for this company, you people can’t delay one day for payment but when it comes to service, i feel like its not even worth a penny.
Unprofessional managers number who has been delaying the process since last 20 days. They don’t even pick up the call.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
Looks like they stole my money, fraud Airtel company
