I have been complaining about the bad quality of Jio network in my locality of 5km radius since early 2021 but no one seems to listen or take any measure . We as customers are being cheated as after the hike in recharge price the service has declined exponentially. It takes ages to send or download even an image.Please take necessary action ASAP.
