Text of Complaint by Neeta Kothari:

Hello I am Neeta Kothari. My airtel no. is 9960963761.

Airtel is providing very bad and lame services. They give extra bill amount and we pay it without any complaint but the services are not worth to that much money. My net is not working I am having difficulty in getting calls and making calls. The whole day my phone says no service. I will never recommend airtel to my other relatives. What type of services are you all giving?? If we customers are paying bill then in turn you should respect them and give them services to the fullest. And one more thing that you are sending me amount increased. Sorry to say but if I am not provided with good services from this month month onwards I will just remove airtel sim.
