Network speed in my present location is very very poor,despite of my repeated request on customer service center no any satisfactory solution given to me. In the todays conversation with rep of costomer service it has been informed that my network seed will be like as it is as am getting till 19th of Oct 2020. In this context i want to ask that will i get my unused data back arter resumng of fullspeed network. Secondly how the service provider can take from his customes full recharge amount as per net pack and does not offer deligated speed as per the norms of TRAI. It is requested that lapsed data may please be added in my account and speed should be as early as possible.
