Text of Complaint by KALYAN KUMAR VENKATA MADDURI:

Not even able to open Play Store in my mobile. Ryt now, Am using an esim. Airtel is not even providing minimum frequency to their user’s. Every time i used to raised a ticket with their support team and they willn’t visit my issue location. They will just close the ticket by calling on my number. This is ridiculous. Confused that who will take care of this.
