I live in Devashish city borkhera, kota rajasthan- 324001. Here, where I live along with me 400+ people are living in the same society and we are facing a severe problem of very slow internet connection and we also cannot talk on phone call comfortably as the voice is not clear and the call again and again drops in few minutes. We all have complained about this issues more than 100times and every time your staff says that we’ll look forward to it, we are soon going to install a tower there but there’s still no tower installed, and we are complaining about this since almost 3-4yrs and we r receiving the same reply. I request you to plz look after it otherwise we have to change our network provider service from airtel to some other service provider.
