Hi,
I have a consumer of Airtel – prepaid service based out of dehradun. It has a very low network in Kishan nagar, dehradun area.
Network is stable only during night. Its getting very difficult to work with Airtel and it becomes even more problematic during the peak working hours of the day.
I request Airtel to look into this issue. Dehradun is the capital city and if your services are not optimal here, you are loosing a lot of consumers here. We are facing a lot of problems, please resolve this as early as possible.
