Dear Sir/Madam
I had raised an issue with customer service in May’22 related to my internet issue but after 1 month my issue was not yet resolved by Airtel Care.
Due to non resolution of the issue, I contacted customer care (i.e.121) from the last 2 days & discussed the issue with Mrs.Sarika (Senior Person) but she didn’t resolve my issue.
Also she promised that will arrange a call back request for your issue, however from the last 2 days she made a statement twice like “within 4 hrs we will arrange the call back request from Airtel Services for resolution” but after 48 hrs i couldn’t receive any call from Airtel Service.
This is the pathetic/irritating service that I have ever seen.
Due to your ignorance/non-response service, i have lost my 1-month recharge & additional recharge 50 GB internet pack, which would request to compensate my loss in the renewal pack.
Airtel is not resolving my issue and they didn’t communicate any update. Only reverting the standard email wording.
