Dear Sir,
We have received very high electricity bill in the month of June & July 2020.
We had given complaint to the Local office but still they are saying that until and unless you do not pay the bill, they will not be able to do anything. We had given complaint and have shown the last record of the bills which clearly shows the average usage of the bills which is very low compared to these bills. we do not have purchased anything new due to which the light bill should suddenly be High.
Pls help us as we are unable to pay the huge amount of the bill and I doubt that it may be double charged so we are getting very high amount bills. The Pandemic situation has not made us PANIC but this light bill has definitely made panic to us and also a mental stress as well.
