Even if you compare the units usage to last year march -may months its avg 330-370 or lesser..the last invoice this year is showing 647 consumed units..double..
Also they should have merer reading every 30 days as , as the uh nits increases to certain slab the charge per unit increase…so if you put all load to one bill for last 3 months the slab for calculation becomes double. Also have done complaint at 24194515 couple of tiime no action taken . written complain on igrcccgnward@best undertaking.com…given on their Bill and also insisted by madam on 2419515 to file written complain on the above email.ID..still no action
