This is in reference to the excess bill invoice on A/c No- 151340879 is INR. 12902.64/- which is next to impossible. We are using only one AC and every month our bill used to come between INR. 1200/- to INR. 3500/-. How come it is INR. 12902.64/-.
Request you to kindly investigate and revised the bill.
