I have taken a loan from the loan app named ”True Balance” on 24 January 2023. The amount that I requested was only 4000 rupees. But when they made the sanction letter and loan agreement the amount was surprisingly increased to 4724 rupees. They have charged me charges and interest on the principal amount itself before handing over the loan. That too for the amount which I clearly did not asked for. Now for just a period of two months, I have to pay 2560 per month for a total of 5118. All they say is that its all according to the guidelines. This is clearly manipulation of loan amount and charging whopping amount of money in the name of interests and service charges. I have been maintaining my credit history well enough that not even a single repayment is delayed from my side. I do not know if I get justice due to these excuses in laws. But scammers like “TRUE CREDITS PRIVATE LIMITED” are taking advantage of this and doing horrible financial scams. I am attaching my loan agreement which has all the data needed for verification.
