I have visited couple of times to airtel stores for converting my post paid connections to prepaid. but everytime i get some silly excuse (e.g. stores is new currently conversion is not happening here, server is down).
I can not hear this any more, next time i have to ensure taking application in writting and getting an acknowledgment for not doing the same.
