Since last few months there have been too many outage issues of GTPL. Every 2nd or 3rd day they habe these issues. Moreover the internet is not working at all. We have tried to raise issues and concerns through their Sales, Operations, Cal centre and other departments but the issues continues to be as it is.
In March and April they have reported 15+ Outage issues.

We are experiencing an outage in our network. GTPL team is working to restore it. We will update you as soon as it is restored. We regret the inconvenience.
Apart from this we have also reportedly net not working complaints through their mobile app.
