Text of Complaint by Renjith:

I am writing this mail with a lot of displeasure and frustration I am facing with Bajaj Finserv.
I am facing difficulties conveying my issues to someone responsible to take action on it.

The list of issue I faced
Initiation Process: I was flooded with calls, messages during the time of the Process Initiation. Multiple people calling me and forcing me to finish the approval process and Documentation process. I had been asking for some kind of document/brochure which explains the loan procedure/rate of Interest/ charges/terms and conditions. But none was provided before the process.
During the process: The process was forced by the sales team on me. The sales team initiates something on the site, sends me a link, quickly calls me and asks me to go through the process by clicking a few links , skipping a few steps while I was on the call. Things that the sales team promised me
The sales team promised me to send a copy of terms and conditions, percentage break up, and a document illustrating the charges. This was never sent. I was forced to skip reading all the terms and conditions adn go through the process(First step of cheating/Fraud)
I was promised that a processing fee of only 0.5 percent will be charged and a flexi charge of 6000 rs totaling upto 12k. I am being charged Processing fee of 0.65% and some other fee totaling upto 20k.
I was told that I would pay EMI only for the amount I withdraw. But I was charged EMI. I was concerned about this and raised a ticket and got no solution on this. I cancelled my e-mandate from my bank. and for the next month i am charged addition 1200 rs along with the EMI(for the amount i did not take loan on)
I was told from the sales team that someone will always keep in touch with me and will help me set up the Bajaj finserv app, but I had no support on this till date.
I was promised that the entire process of the loan cycle would be explained. This never happened.
The support of Bajaj Finserv is highly useless. I had raised a ticket for a query which was closed without consulting me and without a resolution.(very bad customer support)
For all the above issues, I felt cheated and I cancelled the emandate so that I hear back from someone from bajaj Finserv at least this time. Instead I was charged additionally and was threatened to make this payment or else my CIBIL score will be affected.

I plead someone responsible to take a look at my situation and help me accordingly. I have lost all faith in bajaj Finserv already. I would Like to come out of the process without any additional charges being levied upon me.
If I do not get a satisfactory response here, my next option would be to go to social media for help. I may have to let others know the difficulties I faced and warn them not to fall for this anymore.
