i had visited above your vodaphone store for network issues,and there staff mr.kiran gives me new card &update with my original document,&told me this services will start after 2 hrs,but not started,again i go there & wated 2 hrs to meet them,but there after i submitted my aadhaar cred,but my phone is still closed,why thatthey know.
their behavior very bad,& not taking responsibilty,no body staff is taking care of customer they only intrested to make new customer.
now my phone is closed &i am getting too much difficulty, because iam a business man &i am suffering too much,who will pay my loss or lack of my business due to phone sim problem, my connection is post paid &my payment is directly deduct from my account every monh.
