‘m a new user in Excitel Broadband. And I came from Hathway Broadband. I dropped the Hathway broadband due to the Very Arthritis Service. Therefore I applied for a new connection (3 Months Plan) on 12 Mar 2023 at New Layalpur colony Delhi-51 location. But unfortunately for personal reasons, I had to shift the flat to another location (Geeta Colony Delhi-31 location) on 20 Mar 2023. (Note: This new location is approx 1200 meters to my old flat location). I’m already following Excitel customer care from 20 March 2023 to kindly shift my connection to the new location. And my internet connection has been powered off since 20 March 2023. But customer care is always giving me some diplomatic answers, and giving me false promises that connections will be transferred to new locations ASAP. Now seven days is going to be complete and I tried to follow up to excitel customer care from APP and Toll free number. I don’t know why excitel does not transfer my connection. Nowadays, All processes are systematic. And we can easily migrate a new customer or existing customer from one branch to another location easily through digitally. But I don’t know why the New layalpur excitel branch doesn’t want to transfer my connection to Geeta colony branch. I’m doing WFH and as of now using Mobile data for my office work. And I’m getting so many problems due to the low and limited internet. I chosen the excitel because It’s company ‘s brand. But after coming to the excitel broadband I found excitel broadband is also giving the very worst service. One local broadband does shift the connection in 1 or 2 days. But brandanded companies like Excitel are taking so long due to his Arthritis Service.
I also spoke with the New Layal pur Excitel branch multiple times but nobody is taking my problem seriously. Even they registered my wrong mobile number in my new connection. And when I asked for my correct register number, they rotated me for 2 to 3 days. Finally I had to visit the New Layal pur branch to get my number corrected.
Please shift my connection to the new location ASAP, And if you want to take any charges for the shifting process then I can also give you. But if you want to do more delay for shift of mine connection then please refund me ASAP. I paid 1360 by UPI and 1000 cash.
