Hi Team,

My internet service provided by Airtel is down since Feb 2020 for data card number 9970176166. I had raised tickets regarding technical issue and i was told that due to fiber cuts the service is down, i never received any tickets as we well for my raised complaint. it was only in the month of April when i was strict with the representative i got myself a ticket actually created with reference ID 31-2601518258601. The ticket was resolved as well without the internet service issue resolved. I had called again to notify the team that the services are still not up and they asked me to wait for a day and check for service restoration (Again i had no ticket created on this query or received any sms on the same). I have been called by several Airtel call center guys to pay my bill for the services i am not receiving since Feb. I also sent a complaint request on the email id [email protected] to discontinue the services. However they never actually addressed my issue and kept pestering to raise a complaint on their app under some tab which one could never find. They are also not ready to wave the request for the days i had no internet service. Owing this laid back attitude from Airtel and Corona lock-down, to facilitate  my professional requirements I had to take a new internet connection. Who will pay that extra expense i incurred due to Airtel????

It is very unfair ethically of Airtel to ask me who have been paying all previous dues diligently even when their services were down at times. However, now since their attitude and pathetic call center service i do not wish to continue with the internet service and I am not willing to pay money for the services they promised to provide (Some glitches at times with the services are understood as nothing is perfect but every time if you get to hear the same old story and bullying from their call center reps then its too much).

Please help me sort this out either by waving my bill for the days service was not provided or add internet service for the lost days when internet service was unavailable to future days. If nothing works then please discontinue the internet service without generating any new bills and stop pestering me by calling to may by previous bill.
