Hello,
This is to inform you about how bad Udupi Fast Net Internet service is.
I usually subscribe for 50 mbps plan that is charged at Rs. 825, which is insanely high. Do you even know how fast the internet is? I can’t even download a 2.4 mb app on the Play Store. Just imagine the service they are providing. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it just loses connection to the Internet, and it makes me call the ISP, who is another big problem. I ask him about it and he says that even he has the same issue. How will that solve my problem? If they promised to provide 50 mbps, say it be 40 mbps in real time, and I can see a google page not loading, then what is the reason for even existing such a service? I lost connection several times in between important meetings and they yell at me for being inconsistent.
Since I only have one ISP in my locality, I don’t have any other option but to request them to fix it, which they will not do. Most of the times I face this issue where it shows less than 1 Mbps. Please look into this very seriously and make sure they are not cheating us with their high charge.
