Dear Team ,
I have started my treatment on 14feb 2023 from batra clinic bhiwadi branch. My name simmi. Contact No: 8510001734. At the starting doctor was available at clinic. But after 2-3 month doctor was not available. Assistant provide medicine to me. As per him its prescribed by doctor. I have done complain on contact no 8976723800 and they give assurance that soon all problem sort it out. But now approx. 1 yr completed not getting solution yet. I have visited so many times at clinic every time only assistant available there. Need my refund. Kindly help me out.
