This is to apprise you that, it was a very bad experience with Airtel on 3rd Oct, 2022 I have requested for a new Airtel Black DTH connection. Payment of Rs – 4000/- was made through net banking in favor of Airtel payment card id FPZQUEW. Airtel executive suggested to me that DTH will be installed within 24 hrs but didn’t seem any fruitful result even though I did not receive any call from the engineer side pertaining to installation. In view of the same I was in touch with the Airtel team for installation. When it didn’t receive any fruitful result, requested for the cancellation on dated 5th Oct, 2022 reference no. 72330203 shared through SMS for payment refund. But till date the amount was not credited back to my account.
Little bit concerned about that, without my concurrence Rs – 1274/- & Rs – 942/- were deducted from Rs – 4000/-. As I am an existing fiber net user and account no. 7041092614 assigned to me. Hope I have clearly described my concern and the same will be taken care of in a good manner
