I wanted to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, as per customer service instructions we did visit airtel branch, after 3 to 4 visits they could change my 2 numbers from postpaid to prepaid, however they didn’t give clear instructions saying first recharge should be from the airtel branch only, we had to wait close to 1 month to activate our Sim by recharging online for 1 of my numbers and it’s perfectly fine, however I recharged the 2ND number and still didn’t have the option to make any calls, during this time we didn’t have the option to talk to customer service as number was inactive, when I called customer service today and spoke to manager called Srinidhi K, from the advisor till the manager the service was very bad, the person whom I spoke last ( Srinidhi K) who was a manager was so rude, I felt as if he is doing me a favor by talking to me. Overall my experience was bad with airtel, no proper communication, due to which I couldn’t use my number close to 1 month and the way the customer service agents responded was pathetic. Worst experience ever in my life… Because of all this I’m losing interest in staying with Airtel.
