I am using your IndusInd Credit Card

Today i am trying to renew my insurance policy 6th is the last day to renew

My previous payment history is very clear

shockingly transaction is declined when i reach customer service they told my card is blocked

it is happened on 20th August 2020 and till now there is no intimation to me (through mobile and email)

I will get penalty for not paying insurance in Time
