Hi,
First and foremost my number is 9704118766, Airtel. I feel very regret that I took this airtel service . Suddenly I lost the signal after using for 3 months. I am in overseas and don’t know what to do. All my OTPs are linked to it. Can’t get any contact support of airtel . First thing no airtel customer knows what has happened. I sent my father to the VUYYURU branch office where I took this number and asked to tell what happened . It’s very irresponsible way of behavior from him. He could not help and moreover he is talking too vulgar language. I feel so bad that I subscribed to this network after talking to him. In this covid situation there is no chance I can come in person. And finally I sent my father to Vijayawada branch office and submitted all the documents.They told it’s done. Inspite of this submission I asked to my home branch guy to to activate the number. He told he can’t do anything and spoke vulgar language again. This is very pathetic way of dealing with customers. How can the agents can be so bad with customers.This is violating the customer satisfaction rules.. I got hurt a lot and would like to raise a compliant about this.
