I paid my loan in the Verifile IND loan app but automatically they process another new loan without my consent. I really need help in this, please help. These people are harassing me and making fake nudes of me.

Hello Team,
Verifile Ind app is only on app store for Iphone this app access all data and they credit amount in pur bank account and ask double example they credit 2475 and ask for 4500 this is not done.
And if we pay they again automatically processed big amount and again credit. And if we have to repay in 7 days on 5-6 day they keep on calling for each and every second from international and indian numbers and abuse us every badly and send nude pics to all our contacts.
Its an request to please remove that app from app store they keep on processing loan without our
