Dear sir / madam,
Greetings of the day.

I have verification problem with “Rajabets gambling app “ since april 18, 2024.

1. I uploaded the documents ( I’d card front and back , selfie with id card) on april 18,2024 then later may 09,2024 rajabets verification team approved my id cards and my selfie got rejected.
2. ⁠I uploaded the documents again on 14 may 2024 then later rajabets verification team rejected my all documents on 17th June 2024.
3. ⁠I uploaded the documents ( I’d card front and back , selfie with id card) on 18th june 2024 after on words daily iam following with rajabets chat support and mail support till now my documents are not verified and chat support and mail support is giving the following reply

    without any clarification my account inactivate as per profile all document uploaded i have won 811514 rs but at the time of withdrawal 3 times rejected then verification asking as per profile all documents uploaded within 1 hours account inactivation.

    as per deposit method so many accounts so many upi and withdrawal accounts
    i have used my husband UPI account at the time of deposit at the time 35000 disposed that approved i have loss. last 4000 deposit i have win 811514-/-

    please check all Sunday transaction dated 01.09.2024 and cross verify .
    i am not wrong your verification wrong method for your risk department all document corrected as per profile.
    kindly check , inform your seniors team and reactivate my account .

    बिना किसी स्पष्टीकरण के मेरा खाता निष्क्रिय हो गया, प्रोफ़ाइल के अनुसार सभी दस्तावेज़ अपलोड किए गए, मैंने 811514 रुपये जीते हैं, लेकिन निकासी के समय 3 बार अस्वीकार कर दिया गया, फिर प्रोफ़ाइल के अनुसार सत्यापन के लिए कहा गया, सभी दस्तावेज़ 1 घंटे के भीतर अपलोड किए गए, खाता निष्क्रिय हो गया।

    जमा विधि के अनुसार इतने सारे खाते, इतने सारे यूपीआई और निकासी खाते

    मैंने जमा करते समय अपने पति के यूपीआई खाते का उपयोग किया, उस समय 35000 जमा किए गए, जिन्हें स्वीकृत किया गया, मुझे नुकसान हुआ। अंतिम 4000 जमा करने पर मैंने 811514-/- जीते
