It was on October 2nd 2021, Firstly they told me to register on their site and upload data of 500 cv in 5 days I’ve so many time but their server don’t work so I can’t do that. And now when the last date of submission data ends they forcing me to pay the penalty of 10000 rs. I have paid regards to that . After one month that is today a message from whatsapp number +91 8866649997 that “#My name# WE ARE INITIATING LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT THE PERSONAL JOB SOLUTIONS ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72,73,74, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT.IT WAS A FIRST SLOT SERVICE CHARGES YOU HAVE PAID BUT ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT YOUR 3SLOTS HAS BEEN PENDING”. He said to pay 40000rs , of not paid legal notice will be sent within 24-48 hrs . They are mentally harassing me. PLEASE KINDLY TAKE ACTION TOWARDS THIS VERBAL AND MENTAL ABUSE.
