Text of Complaint by Robin Baby:

1. I have purchased TIMBER CHEESE Ergonomic MESH Chair (with Warranty) Make in India Concept in Black MESH on 13th December 2020. Its leg was broken in the next month because of its quality.  The same day i contacted amazon customer care and called the seller
2. I called amazon  seller to replace the chair part, he is always saying that will deliver it soon. After that no response
3. Then I called the customer care number and they told me that their escalation team will contact you soon.
4.I waited 48 hours and again I called them, then they said that they need a written email to escalate.
