Have attempted to book a flight ticket from Dehradun to Mumbai on 14th June’22 for the flight scheduled on 21st June’22 on travolook – for my wife : Neelam Kandwal.
As per the ticket displayed on their portal have attempted to book a Indigo flight (6E – 2092, 6E – 2138 : Since it was a connecting flight) under reference number : REF786076285.
Payment got deducted and i received a notification that booking is under process. And within next 5 mins. i got a mail from them stating ” your booking has been cancelled” and expecting refund against to be made against same.
On 19th June, i wrote them on mail for seeking clarity on pending refund – to which i got a reply that your refund will be made within 10-15 working days. I waited for same and again not getting the credit after suggested time period i wrote back again on 9th July22 and called their customer care – to which they again bought some time and assured the refund will be processed.
Now when i still dont have an update on it – i tried to write back to them on their support ID [email protected] & [email protected] – i get an auto mail which says “Address Not Found”.
Company is not bothered to share an update or process the refund. Not sure if the company is trying to hold customer money and gain interest or they have some other motive behind this.
Would like you to look into this as this may have been happening with other customers as well and help me get my refund asap and preferably with interest.
