1. I G.N.Chandramouli placed an online order on M/s.Vedji Herbal products for an amount of Rs.548 for supply of aurvedic medecine Salacia capsules.
2. 2. Vendor confirmed delivery but did not supply till 3d week of July 2020. He offered me to take any other material in his prodeuct list which I did not agree.
3. Vendor agreed to refund the money and on 6th august 2020 he informed me that he has initiated the refund.
4. Till today I have not received the refund.
5. As on todat the vendor says he has initiated refund through Paytm. Paytm claims vendor has not done his job and vendor putting blame on paytm.
6. I expect the refund of Rs.548 from the vendor for not delivering the material order for which paymentg is made. Plus an addition amout of Rs.500/- as penalty for inconvenience cuased to me and also communication espenses incurred by me in following up with vendor and paytm.
