Hi, I have purchased a revolt 400 on October 28 and on the same show room prived wht kind of quality we can expect from them. Front Tyre has jo air and after leaving show room i went to purchure shop n filled and surprisingly the air pressure was zero.
Now after a weks time, when traveling to office in the moring peak hours @ 9 am in the middle of the signal vechile power was completely shutted down. I was so much surprised and just turned off the tripper n waited for some time and turned it on… by some good grace vechile started. Similary same indecent happened after some 10 days.. so on my 1st service I said the technicians to check out for issue and they simply fired me a questing whether I was able to find any error code in display screen at the time of issue. But bad luck I didn’t notice. And my issue was left like tht n my vechile was washed and creamed and given back to me after paying rs 150 on 30th of november. On 3rd day (december 3rd) after service, on my way office and my vechile was completely turned off and this time i found the error code and it is 98 and my good grace didn’t go my way and vechile didn’t turned on again. So I hired a load vechile and taken my vechile to service show room at 12 pm on 4th off November. Their the technicians received my vechile and told they would find out the cause and revert back on monday on 5th of December. But till as no one rplied on 6th i went to service show room and asked whether i will be gerting my vechile or not. They given me feed back as battery socket was be fired due to some spark and unable to find the cause for spark and assured to give back on 8th of December. So now since 8th December no one is picking my call. Now at last on 9th the sales man picked my cal and told he will ask then to revert back. But till no one reverted back n even my vechile s still lying with them. Don’t know which would be right portal to complaint. So found some thing here just update my feeling and advise no one should face the issue as I faced and pls don’t buy this vechile.
