Subject: Complaint Regarding Online Fraudulent Transaction – Request for Action
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report an incident of suspected online fraud.
On [insert date], I came across an advertisement on Instagram for a T-shirt priced at ₹399, posted by a merchant operating under the name Veezkart. The link provided directed me to their website hosted on Shopify: https://veezkart.myshopify.com. Based on the appearance of the product and the professional-looking advertisement, I proceeded to place an order and made an online payment of ₹399 to the account volowear.cf@axisbank.
However, shortly after completing the transaction, I attempted to revisit the website to track my order. To my shock, the website was no longer accessible and appeared to have been taken down. This strongly suggests that the advertisement and website were part of a fraudulent operation aimed at deceiving online customers.
Given these circumstances, I request that urgent action be taken to investigate this matter, freeze the associated account to prevent further scams, and identify the individuals or entities behind this fraudulent activity. This will help protect other unsuspecting customers from falling victim to similar scams.
Attached are the transaction details and any relevant screenshots for your reference.
