Sir, I booked a flight ticket through website veertrip.com…after payment successfull…I didn’t get a seat and booking was panding……after some time booking was cancelled…when I call to your customer care,He said me that you will get refund in one week …after one week I call again, the he said me that you will get refund in December second week …now December second week going to close and their calling no. is busy , invalid or anyone else no. Provided on site …..so have no way to contact them. I have all proofs against them like ticket screenshot, call recordings, order ID , transaction ID etc …veertrip is a unit of ‘Ithaka enterprises’.
