I booked ticket from Srinagar to pune on 10 Dec 2022. Tickets booked order ID is issued and amount deducted but PNR status was failed and no ticket generated. Order ID is 77185131. Now i am trying to contact customer care but no one is responding.i mailed and whatsapp so many times but no response received till…now help line number saying this number is not valid.
