Excess Rs 3000 recharge was done, dated 10 September, for the purpose
of reversal Rs 3000,again Rs 300 recharge was done as per your custermer
care instruction, complaint was registered D2H through customer care & email dated 10 Sep 2019, mail received by D2H dates 13 Sept that your refund was processed in your bank account but still I have no received any refund amount, After that many times,complain through email with proff (bank statement) same reply is given that your refund was already credited
