This is a case against vastrawilla a website from facebook…I had ordered a saree of 199 on 11th December…199 is not a big amount to fight for but this is serious as they must have cheated multiple people
I sent an email to info@vastrawilla.in but no response
I got a call from a gentleman called Sonu Kumar sharma contact number is 8101487492…he mentioned that my product is out of stock and asked me if I have gpay I said yes..he mentioned to send a message to my number followed by @rfl and his name came up
Because I am tech savvy I understood that he is making me pay him money, I asked him why he needs me to pay ..rather pay back to my account
He said he will send a link and I download the app
The app link was for anydesk which is a remote tool application…I called him he hung up and blocked my number…please arrest them as all people have OTP being sent to phones and them getting access to phone without customer knowing is unacceptable
I have recordings of the call and also screenshot of the email sent
