Ordered two kurtis in combo offer ₹700 + 49 rupees delivery charge from vastrame.in through Facebook , it was a cod order delivered by Blue Dart company, when received the product the product was totally different and of cheap quality, seems like somebody wore it for months, it was having burnt patches, torned out, seems like somebody wiped the floor with that clothes.
I opened vastrame.in, and saw there is 15 days refund and return policy but there is no link or button on website to submit refund or return, also there is only one way to contact them through email, I mailed them and as expected they didn’t replied, the phone no. on the packet of my order didn’t worked, later I found on internet that its a scam website and had done fraud with many other consumers
