Hi
There’s a service with Vodafone which is used by my mother who doesn’t know anything about how to operate for which they have deducted 20rs for which I’ve called and they mentioned it will be refunded which was not done I had to follow up with all of this and I’ve asked for a call back from the supervisor which was not done either
Please have a look in to this as they are giving my personal details to some 3rd party and letting them charge for a service which is not even used or know about us
