1. In my Airtel number (+918436373453), today at around 1:08 am, a VAS named NAMKEENPACK was auto activated without my notice and Rs. 35/- was deducted.
2. I didn’t want this recharge and this happened completely in my absence.
3. I wasn’t aware of this and I want my money back at any cost. I don’t want this VAS service to be re-activated again.
4. I recharged my Airtel number after speaking to Airtel Customer Care, are they doing this business that after making customers understand to recharge they will just deduct whatever they want to. I want my money back.
