Hi,
I didn’t request for any kind of Game service & I have been deducted twice for the same screen shots attached. I tried contacting via Watsapp & call I get an automated msg & statement that there in no VAS active, but how was I deducted twice in this case. I’ve also taken the screenshot from VI app & attached the same for your reference. I’m trying to reach to customer support via call but there is no option to talk to a CCE.
When I’m not active on any VAS why am I being deducted twice this is like robbery. How cheap has your system become to do such things I’ve been using Vodafone since 2015. This is not expected from an International service provider.
This is not the first time this happening with me but this happened earlier also but the customer care executive was not at all ready to credit back the amount which was deducted. This should happen again that’s the reason why I’m filing this complaint.
