Text of Complaint by AKANKSHA AWASTHI:
I have ordered three kurta with palazzo form VARUVA1.IN site and make payment at the time of placing order and while taking followup for tacking the mail id shown on site was totally fake and fraud no mail sent from that mail id. and after long time while i received my order that was totally different from my actual order in size, design, color, image shown and worst quality on online site photo and while we are following returning process no mail were sending on that mail ID ( varuvacustomers@gmail.com) and number(9876543210) shown on invoice of order that was totally fake and fraud. do not trust this site this totally intended fraud with public through such kind of fake online portal.
