I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding one of your employees, Murali, who works at Bhoomika Travels. He has caused significant confusion and distress to my family and me.
Murali initially informed my customer, Mahesh, that there was a ticket available for a trip to Varanasi, scheduled from 17th January 2025 to 22nd January 2025. He made this offer through a phone call, suggesting that Mahesh’s family could join the trip. Mahesh’s mother, Lakshmi Aunty, then called me to inform me about the trip, and I was asked if I would be interested in joining. Varanasi holds a special emotional value for me, as I had visited it previously during the Kumbh Mela in 2024.
After this initial call, Murali contacted my mother again and mentioned that there were eight seats available for the trip. Based on his suggestion, my entire family transferred a total amount of ₹1,82,000 to Murali, believing the trip was legitimate. However, I now have evidence to show that this transaction was made based on false information.
We have already filed a police complaint regarding this matter at the Chandrabavi Police Station. This situation has caused a great deal of distress to my family, as we are now facing both financial loss and emotional distress due to Murali’s actions.
I kindly request that you take appropriate disciplinary action against Murali for his actions, which have caused significant inconvenience and harm. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and a resolution as soon as possible.
