have booked a flight ticket from cochin to Mumbai on 9 of Dec 2022. Flight ticket fare got deducted from my account and initially they have provided one ticket confirmation mail after days I.e on 17 Dec I received one mail and call stating that booking has been cancelled and money will refund in 7 day. Now its more than 30 day from booking, till now money is not refunded and no ones picking up call .
I have written atleast 10 mails to them still money is not refunded .
