I booked the ticket with varafi on 12th Jan 2023 from Mumbai to Delhi round trip but after payment completion, trip was aborted as pnr not confirmed so they aborted and told me within 5-7 business days I will get my refund…till now no refund received and I’ve been tried calling daily on support customer care no. but it never responded back. Its difficult to connect them over call also they don’t giving proper confirmation on mail. just giving reply that we are checking with concern team and will come back soon. Amount Rs.10, 506/- deducted.
