My booking ID number is VID9913593396 for 7 people amount of Rs. 74k on Dec 30.
It was aborted on April 2nd 2023 and refund was scheduled to be within 15 working days.
For refunding we have been following many times, it’s not done till now. Every time customer care gives a new date for refund with different reasons for not being refunded.
