I had booked Kolkata to Delhi flight through wings in travel advisory Ltd which runs it’s operations through varafi.com website for flight booking.
2 days before the flight is on 29th Dec 2022, they said that the flight is aborted but didn’t give me any other flight options. They said that they will refund the amount within a few days.
Today is 7th Jan 2023 more than 9 days that the call was received. I have been calling them up for refund but their executives have no answer. They keep on saying 24-48 hours are required for refund but have no clue when will this 24-48 hours end. On email also, they are not able to give any proof of payment made and keep on asking for more time and my patience.
