I am tired of contacting these guys waiting for 30-60 minutes approx. every-time but my call is not getting picked up always. Communicated over email several times however no resolution yet. Actually Varafi aborted my tickets after my booking as ticket PNR did not exist in the Indigo airlines. Its been 12 days now and didn’t refund my money (Booking ID: VID4470901947, Rs. 17621/-).

VARAFI is a fraudster!!
They themselves abort the flight and then does not issue refund. Its been 15 days i am chasing but there is no response whatsoever..
Their operations should be halted with immediate effect. There are several complaints from other customers as well.
