I was looking for a flight, hence got good offer in varafi.com and booked the same , one day prior to the travel date when i tried to web check in, was shocked to see the PNR was faulty and when i contacted Indigo airlines they informed this PNR doesn’t exist and this is a fraud ticket. When contacted varafi toll free the agent replied in such a cool attitude and informed we have cancelled the ticket and money will be refunded to your account. Please help in checking for the same and see if refund can be processed.
