I have booked a ticket through Varafi.com for Air Asia Airline on 25 Dec 22 with bookin id VID5553708563 and PNR no A2FYO2 and same has been aborted by agency. Their executive call me on 29 Dec 22 and inform that my booking has been cancelled and amount will be refunded on same mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days. My amount has not refunded till date. Sir my complaint about the booking agency. They are making fools to people. When I ask their executive why my PNR has been aborted, he replied sir on the same PNR we booked another 3-4 bookings and only one will get that. This is totally wrong sir, if someone is in urgency and he will booked through this website and his booking will cancel than what he should do. They are using people money by making fools like this. I had traveled many flights and also booked through agency, no agency or airlines doing like this. I have seen first time this type of agency who aborted the booked PNR
