I booked flights on 13-12-2022 from pune to Ahmedabad 23-12-2022 and Ahmedabad to pune 24-12-2022. On 21-12-2022 i received call from Varafi.com representative that flights got cancelled due to that your ticket got aborted. And same mail forwarded to me. But still I didn’t received refund and in real those flights are not cancelled, this is clear fraud. Please raised complaint on these people so no one will suffer more. Thanks

Varafi cancelled my flight ticket as well. They said flight aborted as the ticket was promotional. I can’t reach them now and not getting my refund i.e 4512+4423 Rs. The don’t respond to emails and calls. My email id is uttampati472@gmail.com 8447219396. Please contact if others has also faced similar fraud. We can approach together police and catch them
I had the same issue. lost 20K because of the same fraud approach. Happy to join forces and file a consumer court complaint
Same with me. Its been a month now and they are not willing to refund.
Please file a FIR to track these people.
They are a fraud company to loot.
They must be caught. They cancelled my ticket. I could not travel to see my dying sister in law.
I too faced the same issue. Its been one month.
They have not refunded my money till now (approx Rs 12000/-)
How to file a complaint in consumer court against them??
I am also a victim of this fraud.

Looks like they are doing it without fear
And may have protection from somewhere
I also have faced the same fraud or what you can say it. They (varafi) is responding automated on the mail for refund but till now no action or refund received from then since 2/2/23
Same with me now they are making excuse

This is a fraud group most likely located at Gurugram have been involved in this business. Atleast I m aware of 7 cases so far. Multiple FIR across must be filed to get them.

ticket has been aborted by themselves. and they are asking to wait for 3 -5 working days around 4 months has been passed away . they are not giving any response. i have mailed 64 times no response.
